NEW DELHI: Marking a time of nationalist mourning pursuing the demise of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan, the Indian emblem was flown at fractional mast at the Parliament successful New Delhi connected Saturday.
